1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. See
delivery time for more information. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.
All orders are handled and dispatched from our webshop address in Ikast (Denmark).
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
2. PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payment via VISA/DANKORT, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Payment information will be deleted from our database after 2 months of confirmed order. If you wish us to delete it before, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do include delivery charges within Denmark. WANTED?NEEDED retains the right to change prices at any time. Prices can be displayed in the following currencies:

3. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Right of return:
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to WANTED?NEEDED within the following 14 days from having notified us. To return an order please contact email@example.com and await our return confirmation. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, the following criteria must be met:
– All original hang tags and labels must be intact.
– The product must not show trace of usage or contain unusual smells.
– Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense. If you receive the product in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately with documentation of the damage in form of pictures and a description of the problem.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. All returns along with order number should be sent to:

Please remember to write RETURN AND EXCHANGES on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items. Please note that you can exchange to another style or size if you wish by writing us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All WANTED?NEEDED products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us on email@example.com. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.
WANTED?NEEDED sends orders with GLS to your nearest pick-up spot. All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch.
